Macro and micro geographical situation, Itineraries

We are 15 kms far from Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport and about 20 kms far from Nice railway station where the TGV ( high speed train ) stops. From the port of Nice, you can embark to Corsica and there are many cruises possibles.

By car, the main roads to come to us are the A8 highway or the so called Napoléon Road. We believe the easiest way is the A8 highway, exit Saint Laurent du Var. If you are coming from the airport, also take the A8 highway direction Antibes/Cannes, the interchange is very near and Saint Laurent du Var is the first exit immediately after entering the highway. You need a small half hour drive to Saint Jeannet, except if traffic is bad. When you arrive at a roundabout, turn left in the direction of an industrial area. You will be following the river Var, pass the Town Hall, a public swimming-pool, a school and arrive at the Jean Aicard roundabout just before the industrial area. Turn left, direction " Les Pugets " by the avenue Jean Aicard. Pass under a bridge. At the next roundabout, follow the same direction, same avenue. Continue by the same road now called " Moyenne corniche des Pugets " . At the end of this road, you will be crossing the " Route de Saint Jeannet " ( there is a STOP ). Turn right, after a few kilometres, you will arrive at a junction; take the D 18 road on your right, direction Saint Jeannet. You are now very close to us. At the last roundabout, you will see the village of Saint Jeannet under its two "baous" ( the two mountains protecting its rear ). Along the roundabout, there is a pharmacy, a hotel and a bar. Go straight direction Saint Jeannet, it is still the D 18 road. If you are coming from Vence, the D 18 road will be on your left at the same roundabout. From now, look carefully for the white bus stop signs. At the second sign called " La Fontonne ", the entrance of our property is on your left, there is a big panel " La Maison Bleue ", pass between the two pillars and drive up to the house. Here you are !
