If the period you have selected is free, we shall send you an e-mail asking you to pay a deposit amout of 25 % of the total cost of your stay.

We wish to receive the deposit within 4 days by credit card - secure payment by clicking on the Paypal button. The fees for the payment by card will be at your charge ( to be paid together with the remaining cost of your stay ).

The period of stay you have chosen will be reserved during 4 days before we received your deposit. After this delay, if we have not received any payment, the period you choose will be free again and we shall consider - with regret - that you have cancelled your reservation.

In case you cancel your reservation, if we have not been able to rent the room, we shall keep your deposit.
